  • Uno chalet Tahoe originale, un passo indietro nel tempo con tutti i comfort moderni che ti aspetti in una casa per le vacanze.

    Questa incantevole cabina in legno di pino presenta una grande sala aperta con una stufa a legna, un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto, un divano molto spazioso, super confortevole e una nuova stufa a gas. Questo è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata sugli sci o giocando in spiaggia, a seconda della stagione.

    Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma con facile accesso che tutto il South Lake Tahoe ha da offrire: Heavenly Ski Resort, spiagge, canottaggio, shopping, ristoranti, giochi e vita notturna di Tahoe.

    La parte anteriore della casa inizia con un ampio ponte anteriore, c'è anche una piccola veranda seduta sul lato della casa. Si entra nella grande sala con pannelli di pino originali in tutto. C'è una cucina efficiente, bagno completo, camera da letto e lavanderia.

    La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con una testiera del casinò di Harvey originale. C'è anche un divano letto se hai bambini con te. La camera da letto a soppalco al piano superiore include un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale e una doppia.

Great neighborhood and cozy home

This house grew on us. At first I was not sure since I did not notice there was no dishwasher. The house was neat and well equipped. The neighborhood though…really fun!

Excellent Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was clean and very close to all the areas we needed to visit for the Husky in the Snow Meetup. The Bijou dig park was minutes away, Kiva Lake and Nevada Beach was a 15-20 minute drive. Neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors across the street were super nice! We definitely come and stay here again.

Great South Lake Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this South Lake cabin. It offered great value in comparison to similar listings. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was larger than expected, with plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck with morning coffee. Great location with easy access to all of South Lake Tahoe attractions.

A Short Getaway

I took a short solo trip to South Tahoe with my dog. This cabin was perfect for my needs. Cute and in a nice little neighborhood. I did have trouble with the heater upon arrival but the management co. had someone there in about 1/2 hour to get it running.

Spring Break Trip

Location was great and as others have stated it was within 10 minutes from everything. The lighting, appliances, and decor could really use some updates. It was rather dark in the cabin. The beds were comfortable.

Tahoe Christmas

Loved the location to all of the attractions. The house was a good size for our family. Loved it was pet friendly and had no pet odors. However we felt that it would benefit from a “Deep” cleaning. There were cobwebs in the ceilings and in the loft area. The kitchen potholders were not clean and I had to wash them. We did love the bbq. Would recommend going through all of the pots and pans and keeping the nice ones with lids. Also a clean cookie sheet would have been nice.Overall we did enjoy it and would stay again.

Cute place

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay someplace other than a hotel. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The property itself was pretty much as listed, although could use some minor updates. The ceiling/rafters were still rather dusty and full of cobwebs and the bedding could be replaced/refreshed. Also, maybe replace the tons of tiny mugs with some regular sized coffee mugs? We had a good laugh about the teeny tiny cups. For our needs, it was a good place to stay.

Pros: Great location, 10 minutes from everything. Neighborhood felt safe, could easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cabin itself was quaint and for the price point per night it was one of the more reasonable cabins in the same area. Cons: Definitely can feel the age of the decor, feel like the bones of the cabin were good and with just a bit of an interior upgrade (electronics, furniture) it would really be a gem! Even though the cabin itself was clean it felt a bit chaotic inside, and it was hard to feel comfortable. Overall, it was a cute cabin and price point is reasonable but not sure if I’d come back.

The decor felt outdated and cluttered, which made it feel less inviting for my family. Our taste may differ from others, so this may be only a con for us.

Needs updating (made do with what was there)

Cute rustic place, location was great. It definitely needed newer cooking utensils, pots and pans, no toaster, no cutting board. The coffee maker is not working properly. Need Bigger coffee mugs too. Refrigerator was too cold it was almost freezing our vegetables and drinks. We made do with what was there. The bed was comfortable. The couch was not comfortable. The water nozzle in the bathtub is very loose.

I’ve never had to leave a review but I just stayed here this past weekend, getting into the house and all the information and instructions were great, but walking into the house it looked clean but smelled like cigarettes. For the most part my family and I didn’t really notice anything up until being in there for a few hours. When we took over shoes and just had our stocks on. We noticed that there was a lot of what I’m assuming is pet hair all over the floor and our socks got like super dirty. And when we were laying on the couch, and on the bed, those of us who were wearing black, we noticed that there was still hair all over us, even the “clean sheets” on the beds. Inside the bathroom. There was leftover shampoo, bottles, or whatever from the previous people that were there. I’m assuming.. and on the listing, they do mention that there will be some spiders, but when I tell you that there was spiders EVERYWHERE. Crawling on us while we sleep literally all over the place. And as I said, they did mention that there would be some because it’s Tahoe. And what not. But I personally think that they should mention that there will be a lot of spiders in the house, especially if someone is allergic to spiders, like my mother, who, after a while was afraid. Not to mention that there are literally spider whips all over the place.

The cabin was great for us. The loft was bigger than expected and that was fun. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Location was near enough to everything, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice.

Best little cabin EVER!

My family sold the cabin that was built in 1946 and so this was my first year coming to Tahoe in the summer, renting a cabin. I searched for a cozy cabin with the same knotty pine and history as my old cabin and this place didn't disappoint! It is so pretty from the outside and so perfect for a family on the inside. My 3 kids slept comfortably up top with PLENTY of room for all their stuff (there are even 3 dressers up there!) And my husband and I slept downstairs. It was just the best experience. We loved it so much and are so very grateful that the owners rent this special place for others to enjoy. We will be back for sure!

We did a lot of biking around South Lake Tahoe. This was so much better then a hotel. We played Cranium for hours. Overall, the place was clean, but cleaners missed a few gummy bears, granola bars, and a pan of bacon grease left in the oven. We cleaned up after the last guests. Although there isn't AC, there are fans in both sleeping areas.
