  • Immacolata proprietà costruita su misura con abilità di lavorazione in tutto. Design meraviglioso bello dentro e fuori. Abbastanza spazio per la tua intera famiglia per perdersi o riconnetterti. Questa casa progettata per il grazioso soggiorno di Tahoe con quattro ampie camere da letto, una grande area soggiorno e un soppalco con biliardo e TV con lettore DVD per divertimento e giochi per bambini e adulti. C'è la connessione wifi gratuita in tutta la casa.

    Il numero massimo di persone ammesse in casa è il seguente: 12 per le famiglie, compresi i bambini, 10 per un gruppo di tutti gli adulti.

Absolutely amazing stay with R&R Vacation Rentals! The home was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect South Lake Tahoe location — close to the beach and main strip while still feeling peaceful and secluded in the trees. The layout was perfect for large groups, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities like the hot tub, game loft, double-island kitchen, and dog-friendly touches made it feel like a luxury home away from home. We celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here and truly made unforgettable memories. We will absolutely be booking with R&R Vacation Rentals again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was by far the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted to do.The open-concept kitchen and living room were huge and provided the perfect gathering space for our family. Whether we were cooking meals, playing games, or just relaxing together, the layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together.Overall, this was an ideal home for a family trip, and we would definitely stay here again. The only minor drawback was that the beds were a bit firmer than we prefer, but that didn't take away from the experience.

Rented this location for a romantic getaway. The place was overkill for just the two of us, but the space and amenities were just what we wanted. Jet tub in the master bedroom was perfect. The host/company was very helpful and responsive. Only complaint would be the bed…very firm. I get that works for some people. Also felt like it was over priced.

Everything was amazing! The house, property managers, and skiing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is huge, every room has so much space, you can have 12 people sleeping in beds. The rest of the house is very spacious too, with very large spaces with an open kitchen with a double island. The hot tub was great post-skiing, and the regular maintenance provided by the property management always kept it clean. I can't speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Other things to mention: 3 car garage, pool table, snow removal, 3.5 bathrooms, responsible property managers, also did I mention it was huge?What an amazing winter it was too, a record snow year, and no issues whatsoever in the home. Looking forward to next year! Gracias totales!

It accommodated our group of 8 easily, with room to spare. The house was clean, although many (40+) floor tiles were broken when we arrived and were a bit of a hazard for our kids. The grill had a tough time heating up and staying at a high temperature. Outside of that, we truly enjoyed the property.

Feet and socks were black our first day. We mopped several times and the tile was still dirty. Window cranks didn't work and only a few windows would open. It was very hot week and no air or ability to open the windows was not fun. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable so bring your own.Fridge wouldn't stay closed and the BBQ would not heat up past 250 degrees. But other than that the home was very nice and centrally located.

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every single appliance you can imagine. We made ourselves right at home and cooked daily meals for breakfast and dinner. We found the sink in the master bathroom leaking water our first morning, and Stu sent someone over to the house immediately to fix the problem while we were out snowboarding. It was excellent customer service, and communication was great from the beginning of the trip to the end of the trip. If you're planning to board/ski at Heavenly, the location can't be beat. We enjoyed the house immensely, and it met all of our expectations. Great house for a big group as you won't feel crowded at all. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom, and there is a powder room next to the laundry room. Although the house faces the road, it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we didn't hear any road noise at all. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it for those who are traveling with small children, groups of friends, or big families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Heavenly Valley Estate was a beautiful, large home that was perfect for our family. The features of the home; granite kitchen, knotty pine finishes and tile/carpet were very nice. The only negative I would say about the home is that the furnishings are not what I would expect from a lovely property like this. They beds were reasonably comfortable, but the dressers and cabinets are old, and the finish is coming off the tops of almost all of them. The living room couch was not comfortable, and needed a cleaning. The dining room chair covers were very dirty. (The rest of the home was very clean). The furniture was mismatched and appeared old and tired. Since the layout and features of the home met our needs (pool table, Jacuzzi, etc...) we overlooked the furniture. If the furniture gets updated, this would really be an elegant property. The location is very close to a grocery store and not far from Heavenly ski resort and the casinos. We had 8 people in the house, but had plenty of room to move around. We would stay here again.
