The Charming Tahoe Cabin si trova in un quartiere boscoso a soli 2 isolati dallo spettacolare Lake Tahoe e 2 miglia da Heavenly Ski Resort e Casinos. E situato a 4 isolati da un bellissimo prato di montagna. La cabina è dotata di vasca idromassaggio, camino, grande TV HD a schermo piatto, connessione internet wireless, 4 biciclette per adulti e un ampio cortile recintato. Siamo ammessi animali domestici.

La città di South Lake Tahoe richiede che abbiamo solo 8 occupanti e 2 auto sulla proprietà in qualsiasi momento. La città ha una nuova ordinanza che richiede una multa di $ 1.000 per l'ospite e il proprietario della casa per ogni volta che c'è una violazione. Pertanto, solo 8 occupanti e 2 auto sono ammessi sulla proprietà.

La cabina è stata magnificamente rinnovata. La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale in legno intagliato e un armadio in pino massiccio. Una camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, una TV via cavo e giochi per bambini. L'altra camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con mobili in pino e telefono. C'è anche un divano pieghevole. Sul ponte di sequoie c'è una vasca idromassaggio per riscaldarsi nelle notti fredde e guardare le stelle. Cucina sulla griglia a gas e goditi il grande cortile soleggiato e recintato. Forniamo 2 serbatoi di gas per garantire che non rimanga senza benzina durante la cottura.


Noleggi barche, noleggi sci, noleggio biciclette ed equitazione sono tutti raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto.

Servizi: accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità, vasca idromassaggio, biciclette, terrazza, mobili da giardino, barbecue a gas. Grande cortile recintato. La cucina ha lavatrice e asciugatrice, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, ripiani in granito e tavolo da pranzo in pino che può ospitare nove. Il soggiorno ha un grande schermo HDTV, stereo, CD, videoregistratore, DVD, telefono, camino e un divano letto. Ci sono giochi assortiti per la famiglia. Sono inoltre disponibili ferro e asse da stiro e asciugacapelli.

Attività: ce n'è per tutti i gusti a Lake Tahoe. Puoi nuotare, andare in barca, pescare nel lago. Andare in bicicletta o fare escursioni sui numerosi sentieri. Per il golfista ci sono 3 percorsi situati in 10-20 minuti di auto. Ci sono molte stazioni sciistiche di livello mondiale che circondano il lago per sciatori, snowboarder, slittini e snow tubing. Heavenly Ski Resort è a soli 2 miglia di distanza. Per il cowboy che è in te, c'è l'equitazione a soli 10 minuti di distanza!

Visita il turno delle dimore del secolo di Vahalla a Richardson Beach o Vikingsholm a Emerald Bay. Noleggia una barca e naviga intorno al lago o prendi una delle barche a ruote a pale, Tahoe Queen o M. S. Dixie per un tour del lago.

Fai un breve viaggio in Nevada ed esplora le città e le miniere d'oro.

C'è qualcosa per tutti a Lake Tahoe.

Area: Lake Tahoe è il gioiello delle montagne della Sierra, con le sue limpide acque blu per andare in barca, nuotare e pescare. Lo sci e lo snowboard sono di classe mondiale.

We had a lovely stay in this adorable cabin 2 blocks from the lake. My husband and I stayed for a month and enjoyed hosting family and friends for weekends. The dogs loved the fenced backyard. Great hot tub. Mary was very responsive and great to work with. We will be coming back.

I had a great month long stay in this great little cabin had everything we needed to enjoy the surrounds of the nearby lake within walking distance and a dog park. Neighborhood is perfectly located to everything. The hot tub and gas fireplace are a plus. Host were great communicators on everything we needed.

Our family of 5 and our two dogs stayed for 3 months (May-Aug). The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of kitchenware, the backyard is fenced in which was great for the dogs. Steve and Mary were just a quick call away and responded promptly! Being only two short blocks away from the beach and park was awesome! Having access to the bikes was a nice added bonus.

What a perfect spot in walking distance from everything good! A block away from the beautiful lake; an eyesight catch! Was not expecting all the accomodations here. Everything in house so up to date, upkept, and the maintained spa so easy to use. 500 plus Premium channels to watch on TV for in home days, nights. Bicycles at hand, per host, to enjoy cruising around town in beautiful weather. Supplies for laundry, dishwashing, toiletries are fully stocked. The cabin is considerably more "Charming" than I had imagined via the photos. Pets loved it, too! (Huge back yard!) Hosts are quick to respond and were great at answering my curiosities about eateries and any concerns about the cabin. There is also an information binder with a list of favorited available activities.. along with town ordinances, cabin care/ access (for less chatty guests) to keep things simple. Neighbors are great, too! Think we have found our Tahoe stay! Until next time... Thank you!

We rented the house for 3 months (Jan-March 2022) and had a great time. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 small dog. The fenced backyard was great for the dog and the hot tub was great for us! We'd definitely stay here again, and the location is really convenient for skiing at Heavenly and restaurants/shopping in South Lake. You can also walk to the waterfront path or a small playground!

During our 2 month stay our contact with the owners was wonderful. Whenever we had a concern it was quickly addressed. Everything about our stay was incredible. The only single issue was the spa. It only functioned properly for the first week of our stay. The owners did send out repairmen, but ultimately the spa was not consistent. The internet connection is a life saver due to the horrible cellular reception (AT&T). During our 2 month stay we only had to reset it once. Ultimately we were so happy we left the owners with a gift. That should say it all.

This property was clean and very quaint. The owners had it stocked very well with dishes and utensils. The bedding was excellent and the decorations were perfect for a Tahoe cabin. Nothing fancy. The overall home was not updated to the latest but it all worked and that’s what’s important. The outside yard was excellent for the dog and kiddo to play (huge bonus) and the hot tub was lovely. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at this cabin! We walked down to the water multiple times a day and were only minutes from downtown. The place was pretty clean for the most part, however, there was an obvious ant and rodent problem. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Very well maintained. Clean and very cozy. Kitchen has lots of utensils. Hot tub is great and my kiddos enjoyed it. washer, dryer, heater - all fully functional with no trouble. Owner is very responsive and they revert back quickly for any question.

We rented this property as it has stellar reviews and also one of the very few ones that allow pets to stay. The property is in a nice and accessible neighborhood and the lake is just a couple of blocks away from the house. The unit itself was in a very clean condition and it had nice sized backyard for our pet to move around. Hot tub was available, but we didn't end up using it. WiFi didn't work in the first floor bedroom and the water heater is too small to supply enough hot water for a larger party. Otherwise we have had a great stay.

This cabin was easy to find and in a great location. 5 min drive to the stores and restaurants, 10 min drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, super cozy cabin with lots of space. Would stay here again!

Very cute property just as described. Plenty of beds, fenced in yard for dogs, easy check in, driveway for 2 cars. Stairs are a bit steep, but there is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for those with mobility issues. Right near plenty of dining, Heavenly, and the lake itself. They were kind enough to provide mini shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms for those forgetful souls who forgot to pack them! Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in South Lake Tahoe!

We really enjoyed our four night stay. Everything was as advertised. Downstairs had a queen bedroom, on the small side but it's just a place to sleep. Upstairs had two bigger more spacious bedrooms. Twin/full size beds with tv in one. Twin/queen with no tv in the other. Dining table can fit six. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners and breakfast. We just brought our own food. Hot tub, pet friendly enclosed back yard, bicycles, sleds, fire place. We couldn't have needed more. The hot tub was ready for us as soon as we settled in the first night. Everything was super clean, never once did I feel an "ick" factor. The whole experience was comfortable and was a home away from home.

Our stay at the Charming Cabin was great, it was comfortable and cozy. Our kids enjoyed the movie selection. We stayed Nov 4-7, 2020. It was a cute cabin, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub was really nice,. We couldn’t get the grill to work properly, not sure if it was no propane or if there was an issue with the grill. The bikes were a nice bonus, we used them to ride to the beach which was very very close. It snowed for the first time in the season... we woke up to 7-8 inches on our last day. Couldn’t find the key to get into shed to get the snow shovel and salt but we understood because snow wasn’t expected. When we left, the cleaning person and spa person were waiting outside. Overall stay was great and we would stay here again!
