TAS Casa Spiaggia Privata, Piscina e Heavenly Ski Resort

La nostra casa accogliente e rustico (completo di travi di registro) è il vostro ideale Sierra fuga! La casa di città su due livelli dispone di tutti i comfort di casa.

Il livello principale aveva un rilassante soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e via cavo. La TV ha anche un ingresso HDMI.

Questo livello ha anche una grande cucina attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie essenziali, perfetti per cucinare un pasto cucinato a casa o fare un po 'di cioccolata calda! Fuori la cucina è la zona pranzo.

Nel livello inferiore della casa è di due spaziosa camera da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha una regina e letto pieno di ospitare fino a 4 persone.

Sopra il soggiorno è la camera da letto soppalco. La breve rampa di scale si accede al soppalco dove si trovano due comodi letti singoli.

Per quanto riguarda il Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi gratuito a disposizione, ma è necessario chiamare la reception per il codice wifi come cambiano mensilmente.

L'accesso alla piscina, vasca idromassaggio, palestra, parco giochi e spiaggia privata.

Parcheggi disponibili per due auto.

Lakeland Village ha la migliore da offrire! Hai accesso privato a due piscine, due vasche idromassaggio, spiaggia privata, kayak e noleggio paddle standup, campi da tennis sul lago, griglie e pozzi del fuoco (ottimo per s'mores!).

Siamo inoltre situati a meno di 5 minuti dalla stazione sciistica celeste e Stateline, dove i casinò si trovano come Harris Lake Tahoe.

La nostra residenza è anche a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e drogherie.

Perfect location.

This is in the middle of everything you’d want to do in South Lake Tahoe. It’s on the Main Street of Lake Tahoe Blvd, but is set back far enough that you feel like you’re in a less populated area. Bonus, it has its own beach, pier, 2 pools, gym. No full lake view, but it’s quieter than the townhomes on the beach; less expensive too. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and many other businesses.

Property needs updating - kitchen stove needs work or burners, there were no dish towels, we were unable to get into property until an hour after we arrived, BBQ is on the beach on a first come, first serve basis, etc.

Lakeland Village

Convenient, clean property. Comfortable beds, pillows. Downside was only one full bath (plus one half bath). Could be a problem with a larger group. I didn’t care for main floor on second floor with going down stairs to use bathroom. Had a guest that stairs are a little difficult so that was a hard. I should have looked closer and maybe figured that out in advance. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Rest of house a bit dated but it was very clean, comfortable and it all worked out fine!

The location was excellent

Nice location, literally steps from the lake, enjoyed both swimming pools and hot tubs. Reached out to get assistance with working tv’s in bedrooms. The property manager communicated back one time but truly did not know how to fix the connection problem, so no TV access in the bedrooms. The refrigerator did not get very cold, and the oven is dated. It’s all about the location here which is excellent.

Very cozy with perfect location

We travel for the weekend to heavenly ski and this location was perfect The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you can think of. My 3yo loved playing with the kids wood kitchen which kept her busy. The managers were amazing and communicate with us for anything we needed. I recommend.

Disappointed

I was notified 2 days before arrival that the microwave was not working and could not be replaced for 2 weeks. In my mind, purchasing a $40 countertop microwave for your guests until the replacement arrives would be a simple solution. I was told by the property manager that the owner was out of the country, but they would reach out and let me know. I did not hear back after multiple follow up emails so I asked if they were willing to compensate us for not having a full kitchen as described when we rented the condo. I received the same excuse that the owner was out of the country. Almost 3 weeks later and 3 follow up emails, I have heard nothing. Upon arrival to the property at 4:15pm, I had not received check in information and had to make 2 phone calls to get it. The condo was fine. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and very old appliances. The heating unit in a closet off of the kitchen, next to the dinning room table was very noisy. Positive feedback - Washer and drier with laundry soap provided. Bedrooms were clean and cozy Bathroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. I won’t stay here again.

Excellent vacation place

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this property. Location is great - just a minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped and communication with the property manager was generally easy and quick (aside from a couple minor issues). Highly recommend.

Convenient Location

Pretty short walk to the beach. Close to shopping and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Good shower and towels. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied to make meals at home.

Beautiful, great location

Great Property close to everything, clean, and plenty of sleeping places, The parking passes were missing- we had to get them from the front desk but other than that everything went smoothly and was exactly as described.

Weekend Get Away

The property was nice and clean and beautifully located. Parking was confusing there was no parking passes available after some calling a around we received an e-mail that said if there is no parking passes please put a note on your dash board, which we did however we still received a notice as a warning that our vehicle would be towed. Our app gave us a different entry access code than our email confirmation. The email confirmation we received said there was no coded needed for pool access, that was inaccurate. With that said, we had a great time and would recommend this location to friends and family.

Nice Getaway

The house was clean as was the surrounding property. The pictures online are a bit deceiving as it looks like the room with the king size bed has an attached bathroom which it does not. The 1-1/2 bathrooms are on the bottom floor while the kitchen and living areas are upstairs. Kind of a pain to have to go downstairs every time you have to use the bathroom. Also the pool near the front is much more private and a better option than the pool near the lake.
