La tua famiglia adorerà la luce solare naturale che entra nella casa, e meno di 100 metri a piedi dal lago, centro fitness, piscine all'aperto e vasche idromassaggio, sauna, campi da tennis, area giochi per bambini, campo da pallavolo e il molo sul lago .

    Il numero massimo di persone ammesse nella casa è: 8 per le famiglie, compresi i bambini, 6 per gli adulti se tutte le coppie, 5 per gli adulti se ne sono single.

Lascia che lo chef della famiglia prenda un pasto in cucina appena rinnovata che si apre alle zone soggiorno e pranzo. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone, con ulteriori posti a sedere per 3 al bancone della cucina. La configurazione aperta offre l'ambiente ideale per la raccolta, la cucina, e godere.

    La cucina immacolata è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è ben fornita di piatti, pentole, padelle, piccoli elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per preparare pasti deliziosi. Portate i vostri cocktail dopo cena fuori sul balcone privato con tavolo e sedie, o sedetevi nella calda luce del sole durante il giorno e fate un pasto sul barbecue elettrico.

Perfect family ski stay at Lakeland Village

The place was very clean, well-equipped, and well maintained. Management/communication was excellent, and the location is super convenient—very close to Heavenly and easy access to nearby shopping and essentials. We’d happily stay here again!

Room for the whole family

We're a family of 4 with two teens (boy & girl) that require their own space. The property was, clean, well stocked and great access to the main office for pool and hot tub. Location was also great, easy access to food shopping, pharmacy, and restaurants. They are all within walking distance or a very short drive. Finally, easy walk to the water to take in the great views.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting one of their properties and still never disappoint with their very well communicated response and appreciation with all the information provided. We stayed for 10 days during Christmas break that fulfilled our expectations and needs like it is at home. They even include Christmas Tree bundle and had it up all ready before our arrival! That was very sweet!! We loved it here and it was like a home sweet home away from home. Thank you!!!!

First Family Vacation in South Lake Tahoe

Overall the stay at Lakeland Village was great! The location of the property allows for majority of things to be in walking distance (grocery store, food, trails, etc.), the private lake access and pier was perfect for our family with small kids! The property itself was nice, there was plenty of space for us to not feel crowded. It was hard with two different sets of staircases and both bathrooms being on the first floor opposed to the living area and kitchen being in the second. It was manageable though with some baby gates. There was no AC but the property had ceiling fans in all the rooms and multiple portable fans which helped a ton! The RNR & Lakeland Village Staff were awesome! They checked on us throughout our stay via text and were quick to respond. One of the smoke alarms started beeping due to a low battery and they had it replaced within a few hours with minimal interruption to our day. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Again, the overall stay was great and we enjoyed our first family vacation in South Lake Tahoe!

Would make more sense if the .5 bath were on the 2 level.Great location, short walk to the beach, parking was easy. Plenty of linens and kitchen utensils.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean except for some food crumbs left under coffee table in living room. Toaster needs replacing and older Me.Ciffee - coffee maker can definitely use an upgrade! Keirugs are not that expensive! The main complaint is the creaky floor boards in the dining kitchen walkway. People trying to sleep downstairs are subject to load creaks above their heads for those early risers making coffee and watching tv on the main floor . Thirdly the bathtub /shower combo should be looked at. When standing directly beneath the shower head ( front part of tub) it creaks with sound of wood perhaps cracking beneath it. Would hate to have someone fall through that floor! Overall we enjoyed our first time stay at Lakeland Village but likely will call property direct in the future as we could have saved nearly $300.00- they had a Threebee offer- stay 2 nights third night free and we then could have used the Lakeland shuttle. Very bummed when told that service was not available to us!

We like the fact that it was a quiet area but close enough to the many activities available. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that the place did get pretty warm without air conditioning but it was comfortable sleeping at night.

She slept upstairs in the loft and we in the bedrooms downstairs. We skied a lot and the snow was in unbelievably good. On the days we didn't ski we soaked in the hot tub with the kids or hit the gym. I liked the location, it was about 10 mins from Cal lodge by car. Or you can take the ski bus, pretty much in front of the home. The Safeway is walkable and so is CVS to stock up. I visited the Chinese massage across the street a few times too for a foot massage.
