  • Spectacular brand new home, ready for the summer!. This fantastic new home is a large four-bedroom ideally located close to the national forest land and has lovely views of Echo Peak and nightly sunsets. Children up to 5 years of age don't count as occupancy limit! The home features a rustic Tahoe feel with nice modern touches. Acacia hardwood floors and steel gray leather granite in the kitchen. Upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. Etched metal chandeliers and pendants. Natural Knotty Alder cabinets, doors, base, and case throughout. Etched mountain mirrors in the bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master King bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the bottom floor, and a lovely pullout couch.
    Please beware that before booking your stay, our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
    VHR 073577 TAX TOT # 067613. This house has a max of 4 cars, no parking on the street, 8 guests max, and kids under 5 are not included on the headcount. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

    There is no central or portable AC; there is one unit for smaller properties and two for larger ones.

We had a wonderful time in this magical cabin. It had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. Check in was seamless and we were even able to check in a little earlier than expected. When we arrived the house was ready and very clean. It was the perfect place to gather as a family and watch the snow fall. Our two dogs were also able to join us which we loved. We will definitely be back.

Winter stay

We had a great time here in Meyer’s. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, skiing and other entertainment is close by. It was easy to check in and check out.

Snow Trip for the Doggo’s

The place was lovely with everything we needed. The beds comfortable and everything well decorated / spacious. We ate in and the kitchen was well equipped. A bit far from the downtown activities but quiet!

Even better than we expected! Great house, location.

We loved this place so much. We were skiing Sierra so really easy to get there from this quiet neighborhood. Everything we could have wanted was in the house. We liked it so much we rented the same place for next Spring!

This was our first experience renting through Vrbo and we had a great experience. Checking in/out was easy. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed despite how much we ended up bringing just in case. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Tahoe escape

Lake tahoe is such a beauty area and it connected with me so much I am considering moving to the area!! It was my first visit with friends and it was just amazing! The property was private, clean, well maintained, kitchen had plenty, and beds are comfortable. Great property!!!

Awesome property

My family of 6 had the most amazing time at this property. We have an annual family vacation and it was so much fun. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Manuel was able to arrange a high chair be at the property for me, thank you so much saved lots of space in the car. Overall had a great time and would return for sure, we recommend it.

5 Star - Wonderfully Modern!

Our family had a great stay! The place is all up to date, brand new appliances. The floor layout is open and comfortable. Location is perfect for hopping into and out of S.Lake Tahoe. We are in a bunch, since the stove was inviting! We'll stay here again in the future.

Awesome property

We had the very best trip ever! The cabin was new we had the pleasure go staying here and we loved the home. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and a it was cleaned spotless. We rent our own property and took some notes down for the process Luxevaca uses. We are more than happy and will suggest the property to any renters looking for a great vacation!

Lovely home in Meyers

This home is generously appointed with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. It has a real neighborhood feel, tucked into the forest. Coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store are in walking distance It's farther away from Heavenly Village but if you're looking for less traffic, this is your place
