“This hotel has a great look. Bright and cheery. The four glass elevators ensure you never have to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator even during busy times. Our room was clean. “The kitchen was nice.
If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in.
It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage.
The front desk staff was helpful.
The place is dated.”

“we went on july 3rd so checkin was challenging.
staff was nice but our room was facing lake tahoe blvd so very noisy. the staff said because we had booked on expedia, we couldnt change our room.
the room was nice but again, quite noisy all nite long.
i might stay gain, but not w/o knowing where the room was located.”
