Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.



    Overlooking the serene property grounds, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is unique in that it has a window and is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipe. There’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the shaded balcony for fresh mountain air anytime.



    Things to Know

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
