Our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom +Bonus Queen Room home sits on a stunning riverfront property along the Upper Truckee River. Although the home is tucked into a quiet wooded setting, guests can enjoy a short walk through the natural landscape to access the river and surrounding beauty. During every season, the scenery transforms into something magical — from snow-covered evergreens in winter to sunny forest mornings and golden autumn afternoons.

Like most homes in Tahoe, this property does not have air conditioning. Summer temperatures are usually comfortable in the mountains, but July and August afternoons can occasionally reach the high 80s. Fans are provided throughout the home.
During snowy winter months, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles and carrying tire chains, as winter weather can change quickly in the mountains.
This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and county quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Small children 5 and under are welcome and do not count toward the occupancy limit.
