Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
Great cabin for a small group of friends! The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was neat and tidy, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels.I also really appreciated that the living room TV was large and with good picture quality. And lastly, the hot tub worked fantastically.I was very satisfied with this property.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e check-in
Non mi è piaciuto: Comunicazione
The house was very clean, spotless. The housekeeper was very nice. The staff at Avari management were not very helpful. I sprained my ankle on welcome mat and fell on the deck, Avari staff wouldn't help me find crutches. I called at 8 and no one got back to me until 1:30 and only to do an incident report and she made me feel stupid. She said this is the 1st incident report she ever had done, like no one ever in Tahoe has hurt themselves. The incident happened on the 1st night and I asked if I could get a discount on the next vacation and she said she needed to talk to her manager and never got back to me. The hot tub helped me feel better, because I was sore all over from the fall, knees, back, and shoulders. I am glad there was a nice big comfortable bed to recuperate. Summit Pharmacy was very nice, they wheeled me into the pharmacy to buy crutches and ice pack. Go there for anything you need if hurting.
