We had 14 family members come together for a Christmas ski trip. Everyone is 19 and up so having all of the rooms was a must. Property was great. Pros: plenty of bedrooms and space, good kitchen facilities that was well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils. The hot tub was definitely used. Cons: The location is 4.5 miles from the gondola so be prepared for traffic. If you are skiing book parking in advance!

We booked this home for a 20 person family reunion. The PROS - biggest pro was the "club room" in the basement with huge bar, pool table, foosball and nice sound system. Very large space that accommodated everyone for the after dinner parties every night. The home was also very spacious for our large group - with 2 separate apartments for groups that wanted their own space. The CONS - the refrigerator in the main kitchen didn't work well. We thought we fixed it but then actually heated up overnight and we lost all the food in there. There was another fridge in the laundry room but was not enough room for all the food. There were fridges in the apartments which helped but was not very convenient (lots of steps to get to). The owner was communicative and indicated a new fridge would be coming as I did notice this problem showed up on a previous review. I hope for future stays that is taken care of. We also noticed a few mice but it wasn't anything that we had a big issue with. As long as the refrigerator gets fixed I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

House feedback

This is my first time providing feedback regarding a VRBO property. I felt compelled to share my experiences, as property owners often do not receive updates from housekeepers or property managers concerning the state of their residences.The property is indeed well-suited for larger families; however, it requires additional maintenance. During our stay, we encountered two small mice within the house, and three rooms experienced mouse activity on the beds. Furthermore, the main refrigerator did not function properly, necessitating the transfer of most of our food to a secondary refrigerator located in the laundry room, which made our stay somewhat inconvenient. At least the presence of an additional refrigerator mitigated this issue. Additionally, the dishwasher was malfunctioning, the jacuzzi was exceedingly dirty with brown water, and the heating system in the downstairs area was also not operating efficiently. Given the price point charged per night, I believe that heightened attention to these concerns is warranted.
