The Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe is a premier waterfront community with fantastic community amenities. This exclusive neighborhood features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools( Indoor pool & hot tub facilities are closed until late July ), an indoor hot tub, private beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, and a beach volleyball court with stunning lake views. These amenities require an additional fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay.

Minimum 30-night rental. This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 11 if children are included. It cannot host more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.

The boat launch is at the Tahoe Keys Marina, 2.4mi from the home. Once your boat is in the water, feel free to moor it at the dock behind the house. A boat inspection is required before entering the lake.

Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval and fee. No other animals. A crate is required if left unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Excessive barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests pay for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date & receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

We follow Rent Responsibly standards and VHR ordinances. Noise-monitoring equipment protects guests from complaints. Outdoor security cameras ensure parking compliance. No interior cameras are used.
