“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“I enjoyed my stay there and would be happy to stay there again. The inn is older and worn in places but clean and comfortable. It's on the eastern end of the town.”

“I booked their Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony which ended up being a giant suite! The view of Lake Tahoe was the show stopper in this room, right outside of your own private balcony. This room had a hot tub, well lit clean bathroom, desk area, living area, and very comfortable mattress and pillows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (even though the lobby is currently undergoing construction). 10/10 would recommend this resort and this suite.”

“Being able to sit right outside your room to view Lake Tahoe at its finest was wonderful. Could see the snow covered mountains and woke up one morning to a beautiful sunrise. So worth the trip. ”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”
