Was nice to have early morning free hot coffee available. Room was nice and very clean and comfortable. 1st floor patio off of the room faced the parking lot, so not that useful, but too cold when I was there anyway. “I went with my Family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool, especially at night. The hot tub was closed off though. And so was the Arcade.”

“The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country.”

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“Room was not clean when we first arrived and we walked in. Staff immediately took care of it. Pool area could be better kept.”

“There was a construction in the lobby area and the work started 7am with a lot of noise. Resort fee was to be paid fully although the pool wasn’t in use and the mess with the construction was a nuisance. Parking fee was high. Food in one of the restaurants was pretty plain.”
