They didn’t cancel the reservation or assume anything unlike the previous hosts I’ve been in contact with. Very great with communication. Wished me a happy birthday and made sure my stay was perfect! “The house is in a good location to la memorial. Although never felt real unsafe the neighborhood seemed a little suspect. We were 4 adult males so we were fine, but not sure if I would take my family. No real common area to gather either. ”

“The staff was friendly, helpfull and quickly responded to my inquiries. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was pleased that they were able to get us a hypoallergenic room because we had worried about pet allergies at a dog friendly hotel. We did not have any allergy problems and we loved that the hotel is just a quick walk to Universal Studios! I would stay there again. ”
