La villa completamente rinnovata all'interno e all'esterno si trova in un punto privato unico direttamente sulla baia. La splendida spiaggia di Ten Bay si trova nel centro di Eleuthera, sul lato caraibico dell'isola, vicino a Palmetto Point.

La spiaggia sembra protetta da onde agitate ed è famosa per le acque calme, ideali per i bambini. L'acqua è blu con un fondo sabbioso pulito ed è poco profonda per lunghi tratti. E 'ottimo per nuotare, andare in kayak e fare snorkeling specialmente nelle due estremità della baia dove è roccioso. Tutto questo circondato da una particolare sabbia rosa soffice tipica di Eleuthera. La spiaggia è sempre molto tranquilla, potresti incontrare alcune persone che stanno affittando una delle case della zona.

La villa a due piani può ospitare fino a 7 persone. Il secondo piano ha una cucina aperta completamente attrezzata (frigorifero, piano cottura / forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, pentole ecc.), Soggiorno, un bagno completo con doccia e una camera matrimoniale con un letto king size.
Il secondo piano beneficia anche di un grande ponte / balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla baia.

Il primo piano ha la stessa dimensione ponte / balcone con una bella ombra. Il primo piano ha una camera da letto principale con un letto king size e una terza camera da letto con un letto a castello. Un ampio bagno con doccia si trova anche al primo piano e una zona soggiorno aggiuntiva con divani, uno dei quali è un divano letto completo. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La casa offre tutti i comfort necessari per vivere una vera casa lontano da casa. Con una vasta selezione di film e un centro di intrattenimento completo, potrai goderti ogni sera a casa. Abbiamo una TV satellitare, lettore DVD, stereo e internet WIFI.

Un patio ombrello Tiki Hut si trova sul ponte adiacente alla piccola spiaggia privata per momenti indimenticabili toccati dalla brezza, un secondo ombrello è sospeso sulla scogliera con una vista straordinaria.

La vista e i tramonti colorati, belli e maestosi rendono questo un luogo magico.

Siamo stati in questo posto per 6 giorni nell'aprile 2024. E' stata una bellissima esperienza. Si tratta di un'intera proprietà con giardino ed ampio parcheggio, direttamente su una delle più belle spiagge di Eleuthera, nella parte centrale dell'isola. La struttura è pulita con un custode molto disponibile in caso di necessità. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente, ci sono stati forniti tutti i dettagli che ci potevano servire. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un'auto, cosa che anche noi abbiamo fatto. La casa ha una cucina completa con frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Raccomanfiamo vivamente questo alloggio.

We have stayed with this host at several of her properties and have always had a stellar experience which is why we keep returning. That being said, this time she really saved our butts and went completely out of her way when our flights were cancelled. I can tell you this house is AMAZING but even with that said, we owe a deep and honest appreciation for the most kind and gracious host for all her help even though the issues had absolutely nothing to do with her. She really took care of us in a way that I sincerely hope she is appreciated for even though she did not allow us to compensate her monetarily...no matter how much we tried. In other words, yes, stay here, no matter what you think your other options may be, it is worth tenfold what you will spend.

The location was awesome! The bay has crystal blue water, and there’s so much wildlife around the house. Super spacious inside, with a generator that came in handy during the hurricane. The driveway is great and easy to find, and the bay is perfect for kids to play and enjoy

Amazing Place

This place was amazing. We had coffee on the deck every morning - and wine every night. We kayaked and snorkeled and just played in the Caribbean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! The owners and house managers were responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!! We will be back.

Amazing!

This was our first time on the island and this was the perfect location for my family. It is central to everything in the island and that beach…….it was perfection. My kids spent hours snorkeling all around Ten Bay. The house had everything we needed and the views were to die for. We will be back!!!!!!

Paradise South Palmetto

A waterfront beauty! Upper deck walkway through the Palms to a scenic breakfast table. Birds singing and breeze blowing. The beach is incredible. Quiet and usually sparse with people. Maybe 6-8 all day. The house is very nice and comfortable. A nice kitchen and bathes. Really a good spot. We’re going back again!!!

The location & view is amazing, an entire bay/beach right out your backdoor. Got to kayak with dolphins one morning. Property landscape & plants are so beautiful, outside had a 5 star resort vibe.

Amazing!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. It is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It sits on Ten Bay, a shallow sandy beach. The location is in the middle of the island and perfect for traveling north or south on the island. It's decorated/furnished nicely and the views are incredible. Mrs. Williams met us at the house to show us around and went above and beyond with her customer service. Responsiveness was top notch. We are a retired couple traveling with my sister, who had never been to Eleuthera. She loved the trip and the Blue Bahai. We will be back! were responsibe to us during our stay.

Love the house! Its location on Ten Bay is great. House was spotless. Mrs. Williams met us at the house when we arrived and left. She & the homeowner answered any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, hope to visit again soon!

Doesn't Get Much Better Than This

The location is amazing - steps to the water and great places to just sit and watch. The bay is quiet, calm and secluded. The house has what you need and the hosts are accommodating. Though on a remote bay, it doesn't take that long to get to the stores and restaurants. We'll be back again.

Incredible Views

If you need to socialize and be around other people on vacation don’t go here. BUT if you are looking for a secluded paradise with the most amazing water and views. You can just float around in for hours enjoying the serenity then this is your perfect spot. The house is nice and well appointed but we truly enjoyed the location and the beach the most. The owners do a fabulous job preparing you for how remote and secluded you will be and have binders with any questions or concerns you might have. You will not be staying in a house that is considered luxurious but you won’t even care after a day at the beach. I think this was one of our most favorite vacations, just to take time as a couple to reconnect and enjoy the tranquility was priceless. I would agree with the other reviews, take more bug spray and sunscreen than you think you could possibly need. If you plan on making your own meals make sure you keep everything tightly sealed and store it in the refrigerator. You are in a tropical island and the sugar ants will find anything you left out or didn’t clean up. Including sugary drinks. The kitchen has every gadget or serving item you could want. The beds were comfortable and the generator was a life saver. Overall we would go back in a heartbeat and maybe next time do some exploring but our slice of the island was so incredible we didn’t feel the need to leave except to get supplies. I would like to mention the water is perfect for children.

An amazing location!

This property is perfect for those that want Ten Bay to be their back yard. Just wake up and head out to the ocean. Watch the sunset from the deck. Nice central location to explore north or south. The screened in patio area was nice at night for keeping the bugs out. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Managers and Owners were very responsive if we had questions. Give it a try - you will love it!

Love Blue Bahia Villa

Great property, perfect location, numerous options for outdoor seating both in and out of the sun. Direct beach access. Owner is always working on improvements other properties lack. Highly recommend!

Opportunity to let time stand still

Great location on Ten Bay to just chill and relax with family. Nights spent playing cards. We ate out during day and dinners cooked back at house given how dark it gets on island. Great kitchen. Bring bug spray as 'no seeums' are everywhere on island. House is on very calm bay, easy walk out from house in calm waters. Very comfortable beds and large, modern showers in bathrooms which is an added plus. Only down side is staircase inside is very tight spiral so only daughters and I went up and down. Husband if he had to go downstairs used outside stairs from deck to lower level. Inside staircase could be tough for little kids. Definitely need a rental car to get around and explore island. Lots of local car rentals to choose from, I use Justin Pinder.

Amazing Rental Property!

The rental house exceeded our expectations. The photos truly don't capture the property's full beauty! It offers exceptional privacy, allowing for a unique experience of walking to Ten Bay with water levels typically knee-high, occasionally ankle-high during low tide. The sunsets at Ten Bay and the stunning glow around the property were breathtaking. Communication with the owner/property manager was exceptional. The property is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a Blackstone grill, which became our daily breakfast companion as we soaked in the incredible views. Both decks are perfect for dining, playing cards, savoring morning coffee, and embracing the tranquility.
