Peaceful & minutes from the Old Port with private parking

This 1 sunny bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Knightville.
There are several excellent dining spots, coffee shops, & markets all within walking distance, so park your car in the private parking spot and forget about it for a while!

*The Portland Peninsula, which includes the historic Old Port and the downtown arts district, is less than a 10-minute drive across the bridge

*The local beach is a 5-minute drive from the apartment
Portland Head Light & Fort Williams Park are less than 10

For the living room area, there is a single rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress avaiable. Just let us know if you'd like to use it.

Super Cute little apartment! My only complaint, is the parking. It gets a little tight. And the bed is a little firm for my liking, but overall it was super nice and convenient!

Comfy and cozy. Perfect for one or a couple. It is small but had everything I needed. On site free parking. Easy to get to downtown in a few minutes. Jennifer was very responsive to questions. One caveat....the apartment was accessible via a steep flight of stairs. Normally that isn't a problem but i had a recent back injury so carrying up luggage wasnt fun. But I give it 5 big stars. If I ever return to Maine I would stay here again. Thanks, Jennifer!

Excellent first visit. The listing appeared to fit our needs, and that turned out to be accurate. We were in the area for a long weekend and wanted to be close to Portland but also able to get to areas like Cape Elizabeth and Scarborough, so South Portland worked well. There was good space for the two of us - the living room and bedroom were comfortable; the kitchen had all of the items one would expect; and the bathroom, although compact, was just fine. The unit had a lot of light; the furnishings, accessories, and supplies were all of very good quality; and the place was extremely clean. It seemed clear that the property owner wanted to make it an appealing venue for visitors. She was also extremely responsive - we didn't have too many questions, but when they came up, she answered quickly. We would be glad to stay there again and would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic vacation home for 2!

Great little place in south Portland! Close to many parks, lighthouses, and driving distance to downtown. Parking downtown and in the old port area can be tricky and expensive though.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in South Portland and enjoyed the central location and charming touches of Jennifer’s apartment. The space is lovely, exactly as described in the listing. The communication was clear and detailed. We will definitely return!
