Minutes from Portland’s Old Port, beaches, and Casco Bay, this home offers mid-century modern charm, a fully stocked kitchen, creative nooks, two levels of decks with harbor breezes, and walkable access to the Greenbelt where you can bike to Commercial Street or to Willard Beach. Perfect for families, friends, and your pup. Fully fenced yard, laundry on-site. From corn hole to an X Box, this is a place meant for gathering and fun.

Three Bedrooms (Sleeps 10): 1 king + 4 queens (city approved).

Creative Corners: Book collections and cozy writing/working spots for journaling, reading, or staying productive.

Indoor–Outdoor Flow: Two levels of covered decks, Adirondack chairs, and a semi-fenced yard to enjoy the sea breezes.

Two-Level Decks: Upper deck with winter harbor views, lower deck with outdoor dining for 4.

Grill & Gather: Gas grill for summer nights and casual meals.

Steps to Greenbelt Walkway: 150 ft from the harbor path with stunning sunsets.

Parking: Driveway with space for up to 3 cars.

Pet-Friendly: Dogs welcome (other pets on request/approval). Fully fenced in yard with lights.

Minutes to Portland: Just over the bridge to Old Port’s restaurants, breweries, and shops.

Walk or Bike Everywhere: Bike 2.5 miles to Bug Light Park or stroll 3 miles to Willard Beach (dog-friendly before 9 AM).

Guest Notes

All bedrooms are located on upper floors. The third floor has steep stairs but rewards you with harbor views and sunsets.

The home is not handicap accessible.

We do not provide a crib or pack ’n play (you are welcome to bring your own).

Our home does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its location by the water, you’ll enjoy cool sea breezes in summer and beautiful harbor views in the winter.

The neighborhood is quiet, though there may be occasional traffic from a nearby business.

Three-night minimum stay required.

City-approved occupancy: 3 bedrooms / sleeps 6. If your group has a unique configuration, please reach out to discuss.

Wonderful stay near Portland, Portland Headlight and airport. Our family gathered from 4 states for a surprise engagement weekend! We greatly appreciated great communication with our host, easy check-in and pet friendly home. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of games and books available. And Netflix on TV which we only watched once with allthe activities and great weather! Thanks for a nice stay!
