“The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping.”

“This hotel is south of the city but just off the interstate. First appearances were “ho-hum” but once we got inside we saw fresh renovations. Our room was 313. Thank goodness for the elevator. The room was comfortable although not extravagant. Breakfast was so-so, as there was only one hot item (scrambled eggs). The evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay.”

“Room was fairly clean. Wall around mirror was dirty. There was only coffee in the morning after 8 am. No breakfast. The toilet paper holder was way to close to the toilet and would always fall off the wall. I usually can deal with all this.
But, he beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Kept waking up with back pain.”
