“The young woman at check-in went through the motions, was not very engaging nor helpful. When I asked if she could recommend a place for us for dinner, she only pointed at the limited-menu at the facility. In the room, there was no fan in the bathroom so when we used the shower, the room steamed up in minutes. One of the curtains was off its hook and needed attention. The only positives were the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the friendliness of the bartender in the dining...
