“A lovely find hidden away off the main street. We only booked the room an hour before arriving but were made to feel very welcome by the young lady behind the bar. Breakfast was cooked by Phil and was delicious and he came out and had a lovely chat with us. I would highly recommend. ”

“We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. “We were very happy with our stay, the staff were very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. Our room over looked the beach/sea, well presented. The bed comfortable and the room was very quiet. My only concern was the smell of cigarette smoke drifting up from the balcony below. The breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice.
