“It does not have elevator otherwise the staff is very friendly since we stay on the 3 floors we having a time drag all of our luggage . ”

“It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great.”

“Hotel fantastico, ideale per andare al convention center e anche in centro, perché i mezzi pubblici portano ovunque con facilità. Stanza molto bella, moderna e sempre iper pulitissima. Personale davvero gentilissimo, tutti si fanno in quattro per aiutare. Parco piscine anche top, non le ho usate direttamente ma si vedeva che erano nuove e pulitissime. ”

“Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again,...

“Room was quite clean, some dirty corners but overall ok. Staffs were very helpful and willing to listen to feedback. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Downside is soundproofing is quite bad. We experienced noises from upstairs and around us. Sleep was disrupted as noises persisted throughout the night. But overall it’s a nice place.”

“Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato prolungato per ben 3 volte e per periodi dai 5 ai 7 giorni consecutivi. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun tipo nell'hotel. Pulizia e accoglienza sono le caratteristiche che meglio definiscono questo posto. Ben collegato dai trasporti pubblici, con fermata della'autobus proprio di fronte all'ingresso e posizionato in un area molto tranquilla con diversi ristoranti posizionati proprio accanto all'ingresso dell'hotel....

“Just a brief overnight stay. Water in the tub only got lukewarm and the shower did not work.”

“If you don't want to over-spend and location is ok for you, and if you don't plan to spend too much time inside the hotel anyway, then this hotel is a good choice. Rooms are small but have all you need, and there are some 24-hours places to eat closeby. No breakfast served but there is a Mc-Donnalds a 10 minutes (nice) walk away. At €70/night some Singaporean friends of mine actually told me I overspent, but anyway I think it's worth it.”
