    This spacious abode is designed for your comfort, whether you're in the company of friends, family, or on a business venture.
    Revel in entertainment with a 50-inch TV in the lounge, a generous living room, and a seamlessly connected dining area leading into the conservatory. The large enclosed private garden adds a touch of serenity. The large windows invite natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the home.

    Our property is located in a quiet residential area, and while we want our guests to fully enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum to maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors.
    Quite hours are between 9pm - 6am

    Southampton Common, a vast green space perfect for walks and outdoor activities, is close by, as is the General Hospital. The vibrant City Centre and West Quay shopping complex are within easy reach, offering a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The property is a great base for those visiting the nearby Peppa Pig World in the New Forest, or travelling to the isle of Wight.

Upon arrival the house was not clean. We had just arrived from an overnight flight and needed to spend an hour cleaning. There was urine all over the toilet seat in the main floor bathroom, sinks were dirty in bathrooms and kitchen, counter top was filthy, microwave top was dusty, there were dead bugs on floors and live wasps in the house. The beds were okay comfort wise but stained. There were broken blinds in bedrooms and drawers interior were filthy. There were only 4 towels for 6 people. The host was very apologetic about the situation and did offer to have the cleaner come back but we were not comfortable with that. He did say he would refund the cleaning fee which we appreciate and hope to see that reflected soon. While the host was very communicative and aimed to fix all issues (they brought more towels), I can see on other websites other guests have had similar complaints. The cleaner that is being used absolutely needs to be replaced and a deep clean is needed including the stairs.
