Summary:
The Main Barn is a four bedroom property with underfloor heating and a spectacular mezzanine floor. Outside there is a private garden area with a six person hot tub alongside a fire pit. Inside, the open plan kitchen-dining area has a log burner, feature TV wall, flower wall and a spiral staircase leading up to the mezzanine which has an additional seating area and TV as well kids games corner.
The development of the project started in October 2020 and was completed in March 2021.
The Space:
Bedrooms one and two have double beds, bedrooms three and four have two singles in each. If preferred, they can be set as doubles instead as they are interlocking beds. Please let us know your preference.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and to remain compliant with local health and safety regulations, the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay.
If there is a same-day changeover prior to your arrival, the hot tub may require approximately 6–8 hours to reach its full temperature. Whilst we always aim to have it ready as soon as possible, it may not be fully heated on the first evening of your stay.

The Barn is served by regular local buses (Stagecoach 49 and 606) that stop within walking distance in Durley village, making it easy to reach the property from nearby towns and villages. The closest mainline railway station is Hedge End, around 2 km away, with onward taxi or bus connections into Durley for the final leg of your journey.
