Soddisfatti
L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Comodo per che viaggia
Ottima soluzione per chi viaggia vicino all'autostrada , camere insonorizzate. Pulito e sfatt molto cordiale e disponibile. Peccato X il Wi-Fi che gli ultimi giorni non ha funzionato.

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Hotel posto in un area di servizio lungo autostrada raggiungibile solo da un lato di essa. Molto scomodo raggiungerlo dall'altro lato. Per il resto camere pulite e mediamente grandi. Personale alla reception sufficientemente cordiale. Un po' rumoroso se cercate silenzio. Ottimo best value. Parcheggio gratuito.

No issues whatsoever.
No problems at all, and Loraine on reception was very helpful. My wife is disabled and Loraine not only managed to change us to a more accessible room, but gave us recommendations for a local eatery which was excellent

Staff are excellent finding was hard sat nav took me the wrong place the bathroom is a bit worn and the don’t do any food but it’s in a good location to the dock for easy access and it is clean and tidy.

appalling
for £170 it was a disgrace. we walked into room and found curtain rail hanging off, me and my partner had to fix it ourselves. there were red marks on wall by the bed, not sure if this was blood or crayons but it was a disgrace. the tiles in the bathroom had black marks between them ,where the floor had been stuck there was extra adhesive sticking out. the loo seat was loose...hadnt been tightened. the remote control was not working at all well either. i know these type of places dont supply biscuits anymore but on arrival at reception desk lady was friendly but i could see small fridge with chocolate bars in it. we had driven from Norwich so it was a long journey it was late and were hungry. i went down to reception to ask for some chocolate she said it wasnt for sale!!! she told me i had to walk all the way to WH Smith to get some at service station. Not happy at all.

Excellent Front Desk Staff
It's a typical motel, it serves it's purpose. A bit noisy through the walls and ceiling but comfortable enough with plenty of space with a decent shower. What makes the difference is the attitude of the staff. The 2 people I dealt with on the front desk when checking in and out were fantastic and provided a genuine human service. Should I ever need to stay locally again, that would certainly make the difference for me to come back here.
