Rooms were clean and very neat, staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals in the restaurant were very basic for the price. Close walking distance to everything. Will stay again.

We stayed one night before taking a cruise. Great place, except for the rooms. The rooms do not have air conditioning. They did put 3 fans in our room, but it was still so hot. It made it hard to sleep. The restaurant was great, and so were the staff.

The hotel is old and a bit run down. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning but that wasn't a problem. There is a restaurant that we didn't use. There isn't anything nearby but about 1/2 mile walk there were a lot of restaurants. It was fine for a one night stay before a cruise.

I only needed it for one night so it was just enough and provided the necessities. There was a serious water leak in the lobby which was probably due to rain and caused structural damage but i hope they take care of it soon because its an incredible eye sore when i first arrived. Also, im not sure if this is mentioned on their website but there's no air con so they advise you to keep the windows open and they provide an old fan.

Great staff - however it is a very dated facility. The beds need to be updated, and very old carpets. In desperate need of a reno. We ate at the on site restaurant - and the food was more like cafeteria food. We should have gone out.

The property is quite old, very limited amenities. Under staffing, only one set of towels was provided for two persons, gave to ask for additional. No telephone to contact front desk, have to go there personally for anything.

Staff were very helpful. The meals at the restaurant were great. There is no air conditioning anymore at this hotel. You could see the spot on the wall where they ripped out the thermostat (didn't even paint it over). And you could see the vents where AC used to flow from.

Really nice hotel and close to the cruise terminals but no AC in the rooms really hot that week but fans were provided to help ease the heat but still to hot to sleep.

The duty manager was excellent she was friendly welcoming and helpful and managing the reception and clients all by herself. She made the stay. The room could have done with a good dusting but thankfully there were fans in the room. Even though the weather wasn’t hot the room was stuffy and hot and there was no air conditioning. The second bed in the room wasn’t made up either.
