Foundry Lane is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could need.

Step into the hart of the home , where an open - plan layout seamlessly integrates the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

The four bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families with a fully equipped kitchen to truly give you that home away from home experience and the open plan living area which is perfect for socialising and relaxing.

The dining table can seat 6-8 people, or you can venture outside for al fresco dining or enjoy soaking up the sunshine in the enclosed garden.

With 2 bathrooms there's no need to worry about queuing for the shower in the morning. And for added convenience, amenities such as a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rail are provided.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver.

Additional guests over 3 are charged at a rate of £6 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).

I wouldn't call this place luxurious. There was a lot of scuffs in the walls and the couches werent comfortable. I asked for a late check-out and they allowed it. Very greatful. They didn't tell the housekeeping who showed up 15 minutes before regular check-out. That followed with a phone call asking if we were still going to check-out late. Housekeeping peaked into the windows about 30 minutes before our check-out.

No more this house !

The car parking is a big problem. The manager didn’t tell us beforehand the requirements re “leaving the house”. The requirements is very harsh. If I have to work as a professional cleaner and fix all the stuff as not stayed there at all, before I left the house, I pay for what ? The rent is indeed not cheap. Even though I didn’t make it any mess, I still didn’t get back my GBP200 deposit. It’s a trap more than a rental stay.
