posizione spettacolare!
struttura datata ma tenuta bene. Ottimo il livello della cucina camere confortevoli e pulite, unica pecca il terzo letto perché è un sofà-bed non comodo, ma per il resto ottimo!

Proprieta' familiare.Grande gentilezza e servizio. Ideale per famiglia con bimbi, meno per coppie. Punto di forza:Tom e i suoi fratelli e il personale. Punto debole: essendo la clientela al 80 per cento middle class americana ilcibo e' per loro.

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing views you could ask for. I strongly recommend getting the dining option as the dinners were fantastic every night. It’s a better economical decision as well. It may not be the most modern resort, but we found it to be clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and very capable! I want to make note that if you have any difficulty with a lot of walking, it is worth it to go with the deluxe rooms as they are closer to the main building. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Friendly staff & great location for golf, beach, and public transportation into Hamilton. This is an older hotel so if you are expecting, modern 5 star amenities it's not for you. This hotel has everything you need and you'll have a great experience if you set your expectations accordingly.

We loved it here! Private beach, heated pool, hot tubs, great food, and the best part was THE STAFF. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the owner is delightful as well! We'll never stay anywhere else in Bermuda.

The hotel stands on a hill with tremendous views of the ocean from two sides, framed by the golf course. The scenery is spectacular, particularly the stunning turquoise of the Atlantic. The rooms are large and comfortable, each has a pre-made queen-size pull out couch. Rooms are a little old-fashioned and could use a face lift but cleaning is spotless, and the age of the resort is part of the charm. Staff is attentive and kind; the meal plan is well worth the extra fee: food is extremely generous and freshly prepared. We adored the beach (shallow and inviting), lots of sightings of birds and fish. The little ones will be thrilled with the multiple pools and a game room with arcade-style free machines. I really appreciated the courtesy shuttle that drops off and picks up from the bus stop, ferry, etc. All in all, Pompano was a wonderful experience!

Great Location by the beach. Staff is extremely friendly and warm. You get personal service not found in big hotels. The place has a great old school feel to it that I absolutely enjoyed.

Property could use a bit of updating in the rooms, but nothing major, everything was very clean, housekeeping was excellent Could use more vending machines especially ones that take debit/credit cards —nowhere to get drinks late at night Landscaping was amazing Beach was small, but beautiful Staff was excellent! Always helpful, polite and knowledgeable, made great recommendations!!

Did not had a great experience at the Cedar Room restaurant. 2 nights was a disaster. I should put her name but I won’t. After getting my dinner she never came came back to check on us. I had to get another server to call her so I can get the bill. Worst service ever. The ocean restaurant was amazing ILene was amazing. Ree at the front desk is a sweetheart. BUT CEDAR RESTAURANT was a nightmare.

What an amazing stay. The view from my room (from all rooms) was stunning. The staff was just fantastic. Clayton, Cece, Alex, the wait staff just loved them all. But the rain, yikes but it is an island. Can't wait to go back.

Smiles when your arrive and smiles when you look back on the friendly true Bermudian character of Pompano Beach. The aqua blue ocean at every turn is amazing. Relaxing atmosphere that brings people together, and many guests tell their stories of how many times they have stayed here as if it were their second home. Staff work overtime to ensure your complete satisfaction. And bus stop close by to help you explore more of the enchanted island.

Beautiful location with nice private lounge set ups scattered about. The food was outstanding overall with a daily change in dinner menu. The clientele is definitely an older crowd-60 which includes the entertainment piece. House keeping was a bit annoying because we felt like we were working on their schedule (ie she told us a couple of the days at 8:30 a.m. that she needed to leave early so could only tidy up our room right now and there are no privacy signs on doors to put on your handle) Also, we found 3 very large cockroaches during our stay in our room, so we slept with all our lights on; one literally ran across our heads while we were sleeping and was about the size of a mouse!!! Fortunately that was our final night. The facilities could use a facelift here and there, but overall it’s a great place to just beach it, relax and eat delicious food. I don’t think we will return because of the cockroach issue and overall the island doesn’t have a real personality-like a “culture “ no island vibe and everything is overpriced and expensive.

Resort staff were very helpful and offered a lot of suggestions for our stay. They also offer a shuttle service that can take you to a grocery store and bus/ferry stop.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Pompano Beach Club. Larry and Tom were extremely friendly and welcoming as were the senior management staff at the resort. The room was comfortable with a fantastic view across the ocean. The property was dated which was as expected from previous reviews but the room and resort were very clean. We booked the meal plan which was extremely good value giving us a excellent 5 course evening meal. Definitely recommend a stay here as a friendly, (relatively) good value resort.

This was our first time in Bermuda. We had a great time. Enjoyed pretty beach and excellent customer service. They offered a great dinner package - 5 course and delicious food. We saw many return/happy customers too. We will highly recommend this hotel for your getaway stay.

Service and support provided by Tom and employees by the names of Stacey, CC and dinner staff were amazing. Food is really good, and the dining package option is a must. The views and sunsets are some of the best on the Island. Disappointed that the property is not as clean and updated as it should be, considering the high price for accommodations. The place is in need of a paint job; the sliding doors need adjustments; and they need to work harder on keeping roaches, ants and water bugs out of bedrooms and lounge areas. As a result, my rating is Average.

Loved the property and the people, incredible beach and snorkeling. Such beautiful landscape here. Excellent food, super nice people. However, the property really needs some TLC. The rooms are getting old and we had dirty water in our sink for a few hours. Rooms also needs much more deep cleaning.
