“It was amazing!YOU NEED TO STAY THERE!The hotel room…there were bunkbeds,a big screen TV,yes,the bedding could use an upgrade,but everything else made up for it!The staff was so nice,my daughter did not want to leave the waterpark,there was even an arcade!And, there were so many food options!You only live once,so go to the lodge!!”

“This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.”

“So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. “While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program.
