“Had issues with the Hot Water. Water only got warm in shower after running it for 10 minutes. never got hot.... Several items in room also were not working correctly. Had to fix myself or call staff to repair.....”

“First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.”

“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande. Pulizie giornaliere accurate. Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo. Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè. Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“Got bitten head to toe by bed bugs. Hotel restaurant, bars and room service all close by 10:00 and bars do not offer any bar snacks..what a disappointing joke that place is!! As well was there the first night of Jeep Beach and the place was full!! Bad experience all the way around...embarrassed for the dumb a** management team for being blind.”
