“My brother and I were very happy with the room. there was amply room for a wheelchair accessible room. My only complaint would be that when asked if there is a pet fee we be told that there is one. Upon calling to confirm that pets were allowed and was there a fee I was not told about the fee!”

“The rooms were generous in size. They housekeeping staff didn’t excellent job in maintaining the room’s cleanliness and restocking items. Instead of having breakfast available in the hotel guest, go to the connecting restaurant for a great selection of breakfast items. The staff at the restaurant are fantastic pretty much anything you want for breakfast is available I would certainly stay here again”

“I don’t know if I just got the bad room or what experience the others have had that it was rated so high. I got a suite and decided on the first floor. The room is ok. The balcony is unusable due to the buildup of bird poop (not a couple days worth). The room and TVs are old and need updating. The AC unit in the room was so loud you had to choose between running it and sleeping. The bed was way too firm (opinion). Our sheets had stains on them when we got there. “This was absolutely one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was filthy and very poorly put together, with everything feeling cheap and neglected. The bathroom was especially unacceptable — the toilet had what looked like months of built-up dirt, and I ended up having to clean it myself just to feel comfortable using it.
