I proprietari si sono dimostrati professionali e disponibili alle nostre esigenze . ( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“La habitación limpia en buenas condiciones, personal agradable, el desayuno creo que es donde les falta ofrecer algo diferente todos los días fue lo mismo huevo y rodajas de carne, lo demás es cereal algo de fruta y wafles. La alberca esta muy bien fue de las cosas que más me gustó y sus alrededores.”

“First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work and the electrical plugs were...

“We were in Ruidoso for our granddaughters wedding. The first day plenty of rain, hail, and the temp dropped to 48°! Marissa was such a help. She had directed us to restaurants, sight seeing, history of the area and Beals, hubby needed a jacket, as we were not prepared for the "cooler" temp! One item in need...UMBRELLA!! Marissa came to our rescue and loaned us hers! She was our hero! Always a smile!! Will definitely stay again when in NM.”
