“So the only good part was that it was pet friendly. Maybe a little too pet friendly given that there were at least 12 feral cats in the parking lot. I immediately came into my room and was quickly greeted by the “eccentric room neighbors” to say it politely mind you it was 11:00pm at night when we checked in and raining. They were trying to offer their “services”. Ok I regrettably continue on with my night and see the filthiest hotel room. No blanket on the bed, grease marks on all the counters...

“I booked through Expedia and paid in full. When checking in I was informed I could not stay because I was a local. The employee then stated I could stay but would be charged $250 for incidentals that would go back to my card on check-out.
