“I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.”

“È la seconda volta che vengo. Questa volta la stanza era un pò più rumorosa, ma ok in tutto tranne che non funzionava la doccia ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo di chiedere l'assistenza della reception perché eravamo di passaggio”

“No they were rude and racists. They were judgmental and overly excessive with there rules We left the room in excellent condition very clean and complied with all their excesive rules and they were looking for anything they could to keep our deposit and couldn't find one so they said that the sheets had some blood stains and we never even got under the top blanket and they kept our deposit”
