“We stayed here for three nights over the new years. The hotel property is old and many fixtures show signs of wear. That said our stay was comfortable. We never wanted for anything or found anything non-functional. The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Food is good. Service was little scatter-shot but could have been because of the new years holidays. ”

“Exceptional Customer Service. The room was spacious, clean and the king bed was comfortable. Dining options with room service, restaurant on site and next door restaurant in walking distance. It’s a luxury hotel downtown, great location to walk to the St. Francis Cathedral and shopping. They allowed pets which is a rare find when you want to experience the local charm of a city like Santa Fe.”
