“They charged me security deposit and it somehow disappeared from my transaction history and never showed up back. My bank cannot find the transaction. On my second stay they charged my card twice for security deposit. Based on reviews this has been an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve been to several locations and a hour after checkout I always get my deposit back, but for some reason this location holds onto your money.”

“The staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was very clean, my only problem(s) was the room smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. The other problem was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom it’s not healthy. It was a good stay for what it was needed for a weekend stay to spend time with family. The breakfast was good and helped to get the day started. My husband and I would definitely stay again.”

“Areas were generally clean. Rooms are well worn with some feeling wallpaper, torn couches, chipped vanities, etc... Nothing that was consequential - just needs updating.”

“Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again”

“The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too
Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed
With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off”

“Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.”
