“Beware the air conditioning! The unit makes different kinds of sounds all night long and can easily wake you up. Also, it doesn’t consistently run- it shuts once a certain temp is reached. This would be okay were it not for the fact that the noise is inconsistent and sounds likes gears clanking together.”

“First git there check in and couldn't get out my room the lock was broken so they got me out and switched rooms.....then I work up next morning to get the free complimentary breakfast and there was none....just nurta grain bars and coffee☹️.....I wouldn't recommend to a dog”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the uncleanliness of the beds and floor, which had hairs on it. We were also provided with only two towels that weren't clean.”

“First they assigned me a room that was not even clean yet. They switched me rooms after I called. The room I was assigned had hand prints all over the walls. And other mysterious stains on them. The floors were full of grime. There were holes on the roof from water damage. The workers were not at all customer service oriented. It seemed that it was bothersome that I chose their inn.”

“We come to this location a lot & this is the first & worst experience we ever experienced. The back door was broken & they didn't even put a out of order sign. I called for the receptionist to open the door & it took long for him to come open it. Other visitors open the door for us instead because they happen to be around the pool entrance area & once we got in,the receptionist was barely passing the elevator. I usually call for a 4th floor before checking in. Usually, they put a room on hold...

“Room was clean and I was surprised to see they had a staff. Only thing is to update the electronics. Its 2026. Time for all hotels to have complimentary "strong wifi" service and tv. Not negotiable or costs that goes to the customer.”
