“The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman.”

“Room was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Very impressed with how friendly staff was. My only complaint was the key cards kept not working, so I kept getting locked out of my room. Other than that, I was very impressed… especially with such a decent price!”

“The hotel is old, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the shared pantry/kitchen is also nice. The room was clean, basic and met our needs for a goods nights rest. It's a no frills option for individuals looking to save some money from the overpriced options of downtown hotels. That being said, It's just a short 10 minute car ride from everything.”

“Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. ”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! “Needs some renos but clean and we enjoyed our stay”

“I most likely would not pick this hotel again. The door did not automatically lock when we left the room and we didn't realize left it open while we were out. Reported it and said they had some issues with some doors and would address it. The faucet in bathroom sink was loose and moved around. The towels were more like hand towels not bath towels (needed a few just to dry off). The common areas were not that clean. Very surprised for a Hyatt to be a little run down like this.”

“I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

“The water temperature went from scolding hot to freezing cold. There was no in between. The cable/internet kept going in and out. Breakfast was to be until 10am, but closed at 9am Sunday. Front desk staff was helpful. You are allowed 2 guests/room, so if, you have children, they charge $20/each for them. ”
