This spacious townhome is in Safe Habror South Harbour Village, right across from the marina. Walk to the intracoastal waterway to enjoy the resturants and views or take a quick drive to Oak Island Beach & Downtown Southport and enjoy all the area has to offer!

After parking around back, you will work your way up the path to the entrance that is on one of our three outdoor spaces. As you step inside and feel instantly at home. This townhome is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, inviting décor, and plenty of room for families or groups at just over two thousand square feet!

The downstairs has an open feel with a large living room, dining area and bar seating that opens to the kitchen. The living room is well equipped with plenty of seating, a SmartTV, and pull out couch. With a bar that opens to the kitchen and a large dining table, you have plenty of room to host and entertain. The kitchen is fully loaded, has plenty of storage, and updated appliances - great for cooking for your crew or feeling comfortable on a long stay. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed and Smart TV which makes this home a great fit for those who need one floor living options.

As you work your way upstairs you enter into a landing. The landing has a desk for those needing to work remote, access to the laundry room, another full bathroom, and both additional bedrooms. The primary suite is spacious and has a King Size bed, Samrt TV, Private Deck, and En Suite so that you can enjoy your little escape after a long day exploring the coast. The secondary bedroom has two full beds, a Pack N Play, and a SmartTV which makes it great for the kids or full family to use.

Stepping outside you can enjoy one of our three Covered Porches — perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, firing up the gas grill, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze. We can't wait to host you on your getaway!!
