“Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...
“The hotel is a bit worn but the owners have only owned it for eight weeks and told us they are doing major refurb soon, it was clean and tidy and all the staff were very good at there duties, the breakfasts were very good and the bar and cabaret were first class overall we both enjoyed our stay.”
