“The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.”

“The hotel was okay, but not without issues. My room needed attention, or better cleaning.
The furniture was worn, walls dirty, kitchen floor had dried food on it, & there were flying bugs / insects. We stayed one night, however I will not return to this property.
Although I wasn't thoroughly pleased with my room, the staff was great; especially Ms. Crystal (front desk). She checked me in, & it was a positive experience. She was kind, personable, & professional.”

“I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL”

“If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled.
What you’d expect otherwise.”

“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Did have a strange smell, but some spray from the front desk and the smell was gone. Excellent full breakfast. Amazing selection and everything was hot. Loved the link sausage!
