“This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“It was a very pleasant stay. Up until 100 kids showed up on Saturday night. We checked out on Sunday morning so it wasn't a big deal. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was simple, but had a decent selection. The rooms were clean and welcoming. No issues with parking at all.”

“Dated and worn hotel. Noisy in the evening with kids running around the halls. Breakfast buffet is mediocre compared to quality of competitors offering the same service. This hotel should not be rated 9+, it should be rated no higher than some score in the 8 range. Not terrible, but I would not stay here again if visiting Louisville.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place.”
