“The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. “We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets. It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging.”

“Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy.
