“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But. The pool was cold (75 degrees). The reason for the stay was to visit my 6 year old granddaughter. She cried and shivered when we tried to swim. ”

“This place is disgusting, very dirty, large gap under the door, little bugs crawling around on the floor. I would not recommend staying here. I actually checked in and checked out the same night.”

“My wife and I had a great stay. The room was clean and super nice. They went out of their way to ensure there was something for everyone at breakfast. We will definitely stay again.”

“They do the big things like a nice gym and free laundry well, but they miss the little things that matter. No TP in our room, coffee machines down, staff that can’t relate well to customers and is poorly trained. They need to refocus on those little things. They matter the most. ”
