“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But. The pool was cold (75 degrees). The reason for the stay was to visit my 6 year old granddaughter. She cried and shivered when we tried to swim. ”

“There was blood on the bed, a gap on the bottom of the door you can see people when they walk by. I didn't even sleep there walked in and our. Hallway had odor or weed and other paraphernalia. Asked for a refund and expedia and the motel wouldn't help. Both experiences were horrible”

“Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...

“The was very courteous and friendly even though there is not a lot they were able to do? We dropped off our stuff in the room, and headed out the evening, noticed no hot tub it was removed. Not deal breaker but one of reasons we chose this place. They had a real nice breakfast area, again another reason we chose here. In the morning no breakfast, was told they didn’t do breakfast any more. When returned, tv was hooked to the light switch, bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling and did not...

“DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

“There was a really bad smell, I’m assuming the carpet throughout the entire building. The towels were really dingy & dirty looking & I guess they were supposed to bed clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I won’t ever go back.”
