“The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and has enough space to feel comfortable. Only problem: it is quite noisy. The road next to the property is very busy, cars and trucks pass almost permanently by from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The provided earplugs are a nice gesture and very necessary. The house is not very sound-proof, every step of the people upstairs can/must always be heard.”

“My husband and I visited for a long weekend in June. The check in process and communication from the owner was all very easy and great. Place was clean and the view was beautiful. As the listing states, it's pretty loud! The road is right off the bedroom windows and you can definitely hear traffic. We are deep sleepers so we were okay. Additionally, since the building is so old you can definitely hear residents upstairs and downstairs fairly well. Close to a few good restaurants and breakfast...

“Recently renovated Condo. Stayed with my husband and 18 and 20 year old sons. You do have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to but it’s worth it for the high wooden ceilings that are beautiful. The view was nice but unfortunately we had foggy weather the 2 days we were there. Not too far from Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor. About a 20 minute drive. The Next Level sports bar across the street was convenient. The condo is in a quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. I did feel a...

“We have only positive comments. The home fit our family well and supplied everything we needed. So close to everywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely loved the area! Acadia was a stone’s throw away and we enjoyed an audio guided drive on the loop road. Every meal we had in Bar Harbor was delicious! Galyn’s was a favorite restaurant and Cafe this Way was yummy also!”

“We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean. The location in Bar Harbor was excellent. The off street parking was a huge plus. And the whole thing would’ve been worth it just to sit on the balcony and look at the harbor. Seriously, a million dollar view from the balcony. But we also got to do so much more. We loved walking around town. Having snacks in the park. And we had so many adventures in Acadia National Park. We went kayaking, hiking, rock, climbing, you name it....

“This property is in a great location. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants, sight seeing. It does have lots of stairs to walk up and down. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The instruction book needs to be clearer. Checkout time is not in book. It was confusing.”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nicer and much larger than expected from the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, large living room with multiple sofas, well appointed large kitchen and dining area. It is less than a mile from Southwest Harbor and easy access to Acadia. I would definitely stay here for future visits to Acadia area.”

“As others have said, the building is some nondescript, and the condo is up a flight of stairs over a garage, but the interior is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen and a large dining room. It was very nice that each room had it’s own bathroom. The bunk room was on the street side, but seemed pretty quiet, and the other bedrooms were even quieter. The kitchen seemed well supplied, but, honestly, we went out a lot. Across the street the is a bakery, nice breakfast...

“The condo was adorable and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was not too far of a drive visiting different areas in Acadia National Park. We loved walking through the marina and seeing all the boats. Check in was very easy. Will definitely come back.”

“The condo was lovely!!! TV did not work the entire time we were there. We called several times, nothing was resolved. Location perfect for those like us that did the conventional cycling. Super easy access to the park, carriage roads beautiful!!”

“The Physicians loft is a beautiful apartment. close to town - a short walk to restaurants, shopping, the harbor, and grocery store- and so convenient to Acadia NP. The apartment had everything we needed, and the owners were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home and location. We had everything we needed in the condo. We did not hear our neighbors at all. The loft stairs are a little tricky but we had adult children manuvering the stairs so it worked out. There is a BR in the downstairs next to the main BR if you have youngsters. The views are outstanding. Don't miss a sunset. Some mornings there is fog so when it's clear you won't want to miss it. Beautiful. We would stay again and definitely recommend.”

“It was cloudy, foggy, rainy most of our week in Maine, but our condo made all the difference, being a cozy, comfortable place to hang out when the weather wasn't cooperative. Great view of the ocean front and seawall. Condo was nicely appointed with all the conveniences. Only thing lacking was a pizza cutter. Would go back in a heatbeat.”
