“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia.
Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel.
Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“After all the confusion of not getting the email to be able to check in, which by the way the help was great. The room was well equipped with all the armenites which was help full. The one drawback the mattress needed to be on a foundation to make the bed more comfortable.
Other than that, the stay was uneventful.”

“To start with, the front desk staff lacked both professionalism and hospitality. Guests pay good money not only for a comfortable stay but also for quality customer service.
On my first night, Jenny assigned me a connecting room without informing me. I didn't realize it was a connecting room until a few hours later and had to request a room change. Later that evening, I called the front desk to request an extra sheet. Jenny told me I would have to come downstairs to get it because she was alone....

“Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Love the bathroom that featured a walk-in shower and shower door instead of a bathtub shower with shower curtain. Also, the bathroom mirror didn't get steamed up from the shower. It would have been nice if the shower head was handheld, but the one that it had was acceptable. This hotel would have gotten an all-around excellent grade however I did not like that I was surprised to find out when checking in that parking was extra. I don't remember...
