Resort a Southwest Washington

“The location and the view were very good. Overall, the property was beautiful. However the hotel itself was sub par. Check in took very long, some of the rooms were not ready so some people in our party waited over 2 hours. No seats were provided and you just stood in a long line. No compensation was offered for the delay. The rooms were ok, but nothing in the fridge nor a bottle of water. For the duration of our stay (2 nights), there wasn't any housekeeping and our rooms were never cleaned or...

“Staff was pleasant nice facility”

“I would like to say that Yuliya is a top notch hostess! Not only did she provide a very comfortable tent with all of the amenities you would need, but she checked on us, let us use a really net lamp to liven up the campsite and gave us some really neat stuff that made the fire change colors. It was such an amazing experience! I strongly suggest if you want to experience a luxury glamping adventure definitely check this place out.”

“Nice staff clean room”

“Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. ”

“Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left”
