“The main problem was that we were put in a room at the very end of the property which looked sketchy at best. The parking lot was not full so not sure why they stuck us so far away and right next door to some young 20 somethings who were up all night. The room was an adjoining room and we could hear their dog sniffing at the bottom of the door that had about an inch space between it and the floor. We could have slid it over some dog food. “So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????”

“The bed was lumpy, the pillows were way too soft, the heat was impossible to regulate, and the TV had static in the volume making watching the Olympics anything but enjoyable.”
