“There was a mouse in my room and the sink was clogged. Curtains were dirty and toilet seat. Overall the worse hotel zi have ever stayed in.”

“Room needs an upgrade at rate assessed. Bed was fine. Easy chair by doorway needs reupholstering as an example of upgrades necessary.”

“Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.”
